The summer conference application is ideal for schools that offer campus facilities to outside groups during the summer months. The flexible software allows keycards to be encoded in advance for a summer sports camp or a business conference held at the school, and the cards will be validated only for the predetermined length of the conference. With PERSONA™, cards may be encoded so that guests of the school are granted access only to the areas designated for their group.

PERSONA’s Campus 1000™ Software is flexible and user-friendly. It is Windows 95™ compatible and can be operated from one PC or networked to several, depending on the needs of the school.

Each card may be programmed to offer customized access. For example, a student card can be encoded to allow entry into all common access areas such as the student union, library or fitness center during certain hours, while providing unlimited access into the student’s residence hall, individual room, laundry facilities, paid storage and gated parking lots. The same card can allow the student access into lab facilities or classrooms during specified times.

PERSONA™ can use database information from most student administration systems. It is also the perfect off-line complement for individual rooms and offices in buildings that may already be wired with an on-line system.
